These terms govern your use of the website at mtpflow.com and of the private internal application operated by MTP Flow, LLC ("MTP Flow", "we", "us"). By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. The website is information, not advice
Everything on mtpflow.com is general information about our services. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship or any professional engagement. Do not act on anything here without advice specific to your own circumstances.
An engagement with MTP Flow begins only when both parties sign a written agreement that describes the work. Nothing on this site, and no email exchange about this site, is an offer capable of acceptance or a commitment to perform services. Services are governed by that signed agreement, and where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement controls.
2. The internal application
MTP Flow operates a private, internal-use application that works with Google accounts belonging to MTP Flow, LLC and its principal, for our own business and accounting records. It is not offered to the public, it is not licensed to clients, and it has no users other than the account owner. It is registered with Google only because Google requires an application registration before an account owner can authorize access to their own data.
The application reads mail and calendars, and on one account owned by the principal it can also prepare and send mail on the account owner's instruction. It cannot delete or alter mail it did not create, and it cannot change calendar entries. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from Google Account permissions. How it handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may read and share this site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system connected to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it for the purpose of building a competing service, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The content, wording, layout, and branding of this site belong to MTP Flow, LLC, except where a third party is credited. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it as your own.
5. Third party links
Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Availability and warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTP Flow, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts serving Volusia County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with its date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
